Dr. Ragan Johnson is a nursing professor, family nurse practitioner and community-partnered sexual health researcher with over 15 years experience. Dr. Johnson has centered her work on promoting healthy sexual outcomes, primarily in Black communities. She has successfully partnered with the community, specifically beauty salons and barbershops, to impact healthy decision making and awareness about HIV prevention. Dr. Johnson offers  her expertise in planning, designing, and evaluating community-partnered research to researchers, community-based organizations, and industry partners. Dr. Johnson also offers expertise for DNP projects for students.
